In 2022, we began developing this cream to bring comfort to my ailing mother through gentle massage.
Filled with ingredients that offer the soothing benefits of a hot spring, this cream is the result of over two and half years of dedication and more than 60 rounds of careful refinement.
We created this product to inspire you to take a moment each day to care for your body—something we often overlook.
Our daily routines shape us, and we hope this cream encourages you to pay attention to the messages your body sends, whether it’s swelling, shoulder tension, headaches, or back pain. These signals are your body asking for care and attention.

About Me.
Ayaka Ueno
CEO&founder
Hello, I’m Ayaka. I was born in Kyoto as the youngest of four siblings,
Since elementary school, my favorite saying has been,
“Everyone is different, and that’s ok.”
At the age of 13, I studied abroad in New Zealand. Living in the midst of nature, in a warm and multicultural setting, helped me develop a mindset that overcame fear through action. This sense of freedom and curiosity for the unknown became my compass for life.
After graduating from university, I gained extensive international experience in the fully foreign-owned full-service airline industry across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Eventually, due to my mother’s serious illness, I returned home from Abu Dhabi to care for her. Her illness was life-changing, both for her and for our family, and it forced me to rethink everything.
Seeing my once-active and vibrant mother struggle with even the simplest movements was heartbreaking. The toll it took on her health was immense, and it became the driving force behind my desire to help her regain her strength and vitality.
In the midst of this, I discovered the meaning of “wholesomeness.”
To me, wholesomeness is about accepting and embracing life as it is, without fighting against things like illness or hardship. It’s about understanding the present moment, appreciating its lessons, and finding peace within it. Wholesomeness is living in harmony with yourself and the world around you with love, respecting your own needs, and not losing sight of who you are. From this experience, I began developing products and services that promote preventive health, aiming to share the importance of life with the world.
