• Shipping Time Frame: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks but may vary depending on the destination and regional shipping delays.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering shipping fees. However, for bulk orders that meet our minimum threshold, shipping costs will be covered by us.
• Customs and Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their respective countries.
4. Returns and Refund Policy
Returns are not accepted for any reason, except in cases of product quality defects. Please ensure that you thoroughly check the product details and notes before placing your order.
If there is a quality defect or shipping error with the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, along with a photo of the product. If the issue cannot be determined from the photo, we may request to hold the product and, if a defect is confirmed, we will exchange it for the same item. *If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a refund.
