These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and for purchasing our skincare product, which is manufactured in Japan and available for international shipping. By accessing this website or placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page, please discontinue use of our website and refrain from making a purchase.

We offer a single skincare product developed and manufactured in Japan, available for purchase globally. Please refer to the product description for detailed information on ingredients, usage instructions, and safety guidelines.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

 

• Shipping Time Frame: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks but may vary depending on the destination and regional shipping delays.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering shipping fees. However, for bulk orders that meet our minimum threshold, shipping costs will be covered by us.

• Customs and Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their respective countries.

 

4. Returns and Refund Policy

Returns are not accepted for any reason, except in cases of product quality defects. Please ensure that you thoroughly check the product details and notes before placing your order.

If there is a quality defect or shipping error with the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, along with a photo of the product. If the issue cannot be determined from the photo, we may request to hold the product and, if a defect is confirmed, we will exchange it for the same item. *If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • If there has been no prior request for a return or exchange

  • If more than 8 days have passed since the product was delivered

  • If the product tag, accessories, etc., are damaged, soiled, or lost

  • If the product has been soiled, damaged, or has acquired odors (from pets, tobacco, perfumes, cosmetics, etc.) while in your possession

  • If we determine that the product is in a condition that cannot be resold for any other reason

Except in cases of product quality defects or shipping errors, all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

• Currency: All prices listed on our website are in Japanese Yen (JPY). Local currency equivalents may be displayed for informational purposes but final charges will be processed in JPY.

• Taxes and Customs: Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, which customers are responsible for in their respective countries.
